PMB deducted from MSA - FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY

When I was 12 weeks pregnant, I was diagnosed with DVT in my left leg. I was admitted to hospital and the doctors prescribed Clexane. After using Clexane a few days, I had a skin reaction. The Clexane were changed to Arixtra. Discovery advertises that DVT is part of what they cover under PMB. We have been struggling from November until February to get authorization for Arixtra. Finally we received a letter that Discovery approved our request. On 22 February 2016, we sent in the total claim, so that they can finally pay the money back. A week passed and we did not receive any feedback. I logged onto the Discovery website with our membership number and noticed that Discovery has deducted the expenses for the Arixtra injections, from our MSA and that nothing has been paid back directly to us. Discovery, I am speechless. You have a bunch of *********** staff that delivers the most horrible service that one can think of! This is the first time that I am pregnant and Discovery has made it the worst memories that I will ever have! My husband and I are considering moving to another medical aid from next year if this is the way you treat your clients. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!
