PMB Conditions-No disclosure state or Keycare facilities need to be used.

Hi I have been on the phone with your on call centre for almost the whole day to get some answers regarding short payments in regards to PMB conditions/surgery. I also spoke to management Mr Thulani Time who took to some understanding but could not really help.I told him about 3 times if the call drops is because my Lanline battery will go flat and kindly call me back n my cell as I had a total hip Replacement and will not be able to walk to recharge phone.He did not.I have now Learnt that even thou you are on the "Essential Delta Saver Plan" and if you think You have a PMB problem"I will need to guess" I will need to go to a KEY CARE orSTATE facility for surgery.So I don't have my Mbchb how will I know.Please show me where on your website or handbook it states I need to go to a Key care hospital Or state hospital for removal of a kidney stone and dial ate a urethral stricture at the bladder neck and having a stent inserted into my kidney.Why do we contribute to a higher plan then.(The Essential Delta saver plan).According to the council of medical aid schemes there should be no co payments or deductibles on a PMB condition or surgery undertaken .Kindly refer to "Act 1998 Act 131 of 1998". This is just one of my concerns,more to follow .KINDLY REFER ME TO YOUR WEBSITE WHICH STATES I NEED TO USE A KEYCARE FACILITY OR THE STATE. I thought that's why PMB s where implemented by Goverment,because once cover was over or exhausted the community was referred back to the state facilities by their medical AIDS.The reason for PMB s is because the State is overburdened and Facilities exhausted which has led to bottle necking of the care it could render. Let's not point "fingers"just yet. The State declares there should be sufficient funds or a Pool Risk fund in place by medical AIDS as Law.So please and kindly do not refer me to a state facility when you well know the infer structure is not at the NHI Accepted level as yet. Please respond on this site where it states under the Discovery website about using the Keycare hospitals when one is contracted to another which has better benefits.
