PMB Case not paid

<p>My daughter was admitted on the 19th and 20th July 2016. The claim for Copperfield was short paid even though it was a PMB case. Yes, a DSP was not used but it was an emergency. Blood work shows that RSV A was present and this by law should be paid if a child is under 2 years old. The Doctor's rooms have continuously followed up to which they have received no response. I would appreciate urgent feedback on this please,</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks </p>
