PMB application TAT.

I submitted an out of hospital application for my husbands stoma care in November with the whole surgeons report. Paid previously by Fedhealth and Bonitas. It was dragged out. So I submitted again in January on the new 2020 form and are still waiting for an answer. Every time I phone the person helping me promise to phone me back the next day, but they never do. You can’t phone the same person, you always get through to someone new and have to go through everything again. I have a lot of Ref#’s and still no answer. Since 10 February they say it is at forensics, no one can say why and almost a month later it is still there? It cost us now R10 000 and almost R4 000 went of our savings on Friday.
