I requested Discovery (as a current member) to make available the basket of procedures for a particular ICD 10 code 236K and the procedure code E56.9, they referred me to the Board Of health Care Funders. I have tried to call the BOHF several times and sent them emails but no response.<br> <br> I want to know if the information I am requesting above is available to the man on the street, is there some one out there able to direct me where I can find the information or having a similar problem.
