PMA form for a person's life

01/07/2019 Tried to admit my partner at Nkanyezi Clinic hospital, but due to him not being on medical aid previously Discovery needed a PMA form to be filled by an admitting doctor. I called Discovery to find out about the form and why it was needed. Was told that it will be forwarded to their Standard committe to check if we a not committing ***** and also if we did disclose the condition of my partner on the application. Good enough Was told that I will get an answer within 8 working hours. Left without admitting my partner. 02/07/2019 Called Discovery to get the feedback, was told that the PMA form was send to Dr Sandamela and if I want to speed up the process I can call him or go to his practice and ask him to fill and send the form back to them. At that moment I don't even know who Dr Sandamela is and where is his practice.

To cut a long story short, I ended up getting hold of Dr Sandamela on the 15th July nd we went through his emails from the 1st and there was no PMA form send to him from Discovery

As am writing this review my partner is in Sebokeng hospital since the 1st with no help with regards to his condition, his leg getting septic every day. Being diagonised from cancer, diabetic, low blood and now waiting to be amputed as no one can confirm exactly what is wrong with him. He's lying there rotting to death with no help. Whereas am paying over R6000 with no sudsidy on my medical aid so we can get help when we need it.

Because of a mere PMA form my partner couldn't get help from our medical aid.
