Pm in hospital sessions reversed after 3 month leaving member liable

<p>Discovery paid a claim for in hospital treatments in March 2016 only to reverse the funds in June 2016 3months later. Leaving the member liable for a months bill of in hospital physio with a motivational letter from the doctor. The reason they gave me was because am treatment dont have am but pm treatment is spesified as pm treatment eg 72301 chest 72301 pm chest they reject it 3 months down the line as duplicate. How can your members trust you as a fund if you pay for services and then 3 months later you dont leaving them with the bill. </p>
