Please unstew me Discovery Health!

Discovery customer service is usually stellar but the last few days have been nightmarish. 23 December 2022 I received a credit control email stating that my vitality had been suspended because I owed monies. Logging in to my Discovery profile vitality was still active. In any case the email also states that the debit order would run on the 25th. 25th came and went with no debit order. The following day I received notification that my account is in arrears. Logged on and made a debit order request. On the 28th two debit orders go off at the same time. Sent a request to correct this on the same day. Today the 30th I received an email requesting I upload my bank statement showing the balance before and after the debit orders. It says to upload to our digital platforms. Just wondering how hard it is to clearly state how this is done. I've looked on Discovery's website and google how this is done but can't find any way to do this. Couldn't discovery check the error on their end? This just feels like I'm getting the runaround from Discovery. Please unstew me!

I am somewhat satisfied with Discovery's response however still feel it is an extremely clunky internal process that is out of their client's control.

Yesterday Discovery finally refunded the additional full premium they'd taken. However, I'm still shocked that the first response I got was to "send us proof that we overcharged you". Someone could've lifted a finger and checked on their end, right? Then, "we'll give you a partial refund because internally health and vitality are two separate accounts and the vitality system doesn't allow refunds". Discovery premium isn't pocket change I could write off. They discovered the problem was internal yet still tried to negotiate to put me in a deeper hole, imagine. I presume it was too hard to rectify? Mistakes happen that I can understand but to BS me after I'd laid out what had happened is astonishing.

I never expected this from Discovery. Hopefully, they get their act straight
