Please send authorization
I am incredible frustrated by the services of Discovery Health, it is beyond my control that my company decided to choose you as the provider. I never had hassles with Liberty life for the past 12years. Yes i understand that the delay came from GP but you are risking with someone life as we speak with stupid authorization number. I have been told by Rowen ( supervisor ) that i can only get emergency authorization only if i go to casualty So you wait for my health to deteriorated and put it under risk before you can auth it. What is that is taking 19voetstek years to auth it????It comes from GP who diagnosed me who failed to treat me so you guyz you drag your feet to help. Discovery stop this nonsense please before i loose my mind and send that stupid authorization!<br> <br>

On your chosen plan each person has access to a specialist benefit. In order to see a specialist, you chosen GP needs to fill in a referral form which is sent through for review. The authorisation is subject to review and does not guarantee approval. This review process can take up to 3 to 5 working days if it is referred to an external panel. Should the authorisation be urgent, you are more than welcome to go through casualty for urgent admission.
