I am reverting to Hello Peter to resolve a problem that is half solved. I am trying to pay a bill. I have sent multiple emails to Samukelisiwe Manukuza @mailto:*** to agree a date. I have received no response to four emails. The discovery bot needs to be trained compared to other bots it is useless.
