Please rectify for like the 10th time!!!

<p>TO WHOM IT MANY CONCERN (PLEASE HELP)</p> <p>I am currently a memeber on the Discovery Classic Saver Plan</p> <p>I was diagnosed with Rhematoid Arthirits (in the spine) months ago and require quarterly epidural injections at the hospital for my condition</p> <p>Every time I need to go to the hospital i have a battle with Discovery</p> <p> </p> <p>Now before you get intouch with me AGAIN please read page 12 of the classic saver brouchure that lists Rhematoid Arthirits as a chrionic illness and explain to me why u keep on deducting this treatment from my day-to-day savings and why is it a problem everytime I get booked into hospital</p> <p> </p> <p>Please ensure that my medical history is updated with this chronic illness and if u still need information kindly contact me and explain eaxctly what is it that you want or do not understand because FOR THE LAST TIME I HAVE A CHRONIC ILLNESS THAT MY HOSPITAL PLAN SHOULD PAY FOR NOT MY DAY TO DAY BENEFIT</p> <p> </p> <p>URGENTLY CONTACT SUSHMA HANSRAJ ********** OR ********** 948</p>
