Please ppl read and don't get caught like this.

I need to do these checkups once a year. For my medical aid which is not discovery and for Vitality. I went to a dischem and did my wellness checks ( which is all the tests required for Vitality health check to the T. Nothing more,nothing less) I asked the nurse to give me the results so I can submit it to Vitality to claim my points(AS WAS THE CASE IN 2020 AND I WAS ALLOCATED THE POINTS) I called a couple days later and was told that I wont get the point because I didn't pay for the test , my medical aid did who's their opposition. BTW. I pay my for medical aid. Now what I'd like to know is: Do they expect me to do all the tests twice or do I do them once and just pay twice. Now what Id like to know is. How do they deem my tests ******* or **********? What I should've done was to pay it cash - ask for the results and then submit it to both my medical aid and Vitality and claimed it back from my medical aid. Any thoughts anyone?
