Please help me Discovery

I have ran out of options, I was admitted on the fifth with heart problems which even led to cardiac arrest while in the hospital.

I have been shocked at how I have been treated by Discovery, they have decline all my authorization, kept being told someone will call me which to date has not happened. No reason given as to why my claim is declined

I have called the number that was given to me for someone investigating my case and no answer.

I don't know what else to do
