Please help ****it

I am not really one to complain, but I am unhappy that the medical aid did not pay my drs visits when I'm on a plan where they should and the dr is even a network dr. I've mailed them twice and received no response. I've called twice and the call was dropped....

I understand there is a world crisis, but, still.....
