Please help....

<p>I have been in contacted with Discovery with two issues that has not been resolved and I am now threatened with being handed over. Eugene Marias = R2014.45 short paid during my Hospitalisation - the Discovery Consultant stated that it should have been paid as there is an auth no they will resubmit it for payment, but I received an sms yesterday again stating that they are going to hand me over as it has not been paid. The second issue I contacted Discovery with is Dr. Stanton's account for R324.02 (R243 + R81.02) reason code is 391 - I dont have to pay as the Dr. did not charge as per agreement. The doctor's rooms are demanding that I pay this. Please can someone help me resolve these issues as I have not been able to resolve it with your consultants and this has been since May I would really like to get it out of my life. </p>
