Please give my child his remaining miles, he worked hard for this , it is unfair that you want to rob him off his miles ! Do the right thing

Happy Monday Team , I have not heard from Kirsty but I received N email that said “ all kids vitality program miles have been credited and members will see a difference in their miles balance “ I’m not sure if this is a general email tk everyone but this can’t be true for me , I’m still waiting for the balance of my child’s miles, he had 13600+ miles and only received 13250 and I really need those miles for him , I honestly can’t just let it go, my boy went all out on this program he deserves all his miles please
