Please don't join, bad service!

I was injured on my knee and my doctor suggested that I see a specialist because of the seriousness of my injury. Its the 3rd week since we have been waiting for approval or sports injury activation. I had to reschedule my appointment for next week and until today they have not gotten back to me. email from my doctor "I phoned Discovery again yesterday and spoke to 2 people the last person said she would get a senior to phone us but till now nobody has phoned.I mentioned that you had to cancel one appointment and have rescheduled another one for next week."

I would not advise anyone to join this scheme Discovery Medical Aid. Stay away from them, they don't care about providing service and they are expensive.
