Please be aware and weary of Discovery Primary care offer

Discovery Primary Care has to be the worst administered scheme that I have ever come across. First they put you through more than an hour on the phone, then there is no communication with the employer and premium payer. Nothing on the website, no information, nothing under my profile, as if it is an undercover scheme for Discovery to make money but provide no service whatsoever.
