Please approve my request to remove gallstone

I took a medical aid with discovery in April and I was never told about any waiting period..

Fast forward to why I’m writing this review I went Panorama clinic on the 9th of September since I had a pain up stomach and it felt like it was burning inside they gave and a drip and and did a ct scan and discovered that I have gallstones.. discovery did give authorisation to remove the gallstones they said they need to discuss the matter and it is now in standards… it’s been week since I’ve been waiting for them to approve they’ve been reviewing authorisation request…I’m writing this in years coz I’m getting sicker day by day and I am in so much pain I can’t even eat no sleep all I’m asking for discovery to speed up the process I pay R2200 monthly for my self only in the medical aid program I don’t deserve this type of treatment and I don’t even have money to do this operation with my own money it’s too expensive.
