I was in a car accident March 13th, broke my neck etc. I cannot use my hands nor legs because of nerve damage.

After bieng discharged from hospital I was advised to complete PMB forms - done that. WAIT FOR DAYS AND GET A REPLY WANTING SCANS - DONE THAT THEN AGAIN A EMAIL WANTING THE SAME INFO I SENT THE FIRST TIME.

This is ridiculous. Its been 2 months since my discharge without any treatment and Discovery is playing games!!!!! ***

They charge a heck of a premium for f-all. *********** staff and procedures. YOU NOW BEAT MULTI CHOICE IN BEING THE MOST *********** COMPANY
