Plan changed but Discovery still charging me high amount

I was retrenched by Ingrain in April 2024. I downgraded from classic priority R14000 to Delta Saver of R7000. I submitted all my signed forms etc to Sibusiso Mnguni plus Ingrain HR. The change was supposed to be in effect from 1st May 2024, I see now I am being debited huge amount of R14k which I cannot afford. I am on the delta saver. Please reverse this amount and charge me the correct amount. I don’t have income and I don’t have R14k and I will reverse it asap. Why is discovery so cruel & uncaring???
