Plain Rude

<p>I cancelled my discovery medical aid in October because of a new job. Today on the 19th of December I get a call saying there is an amount outstanding because they recalculated my MSA and I owed them money. As the lady is explaining, my work phone rings and I ask the lady to call me back and she says no. She's gonna send and email. Next thing I get an sms saying that I have not responded and that to avoid being black listed I must call them back. </p> <p>This is my 1st time ever receiving a call of this nature and with no explanation or anything they are threatening to blacklist me. This lady expected me to ignore a work call for a personal call when it's her job to call and explain the situation to me. Especially considering that this is the 1st I'm hearing of it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I recently changed my life, house and car insurance to discovery and am seriously reconsidering my decision. </p>
