<p>Please find attached</p> <p>I have been trying to resolve this matter now for 4 months,, my husband also went to your walk in offices all the way to sandton from springs and Still,we are not getting any help from you! Calling authorisations has become a waist of time and Airtime as we always have to explain ourselves and after we only get a response that our matter has been forwarded although it seems nothing is done! I have logged a complaint before with HelloPeter,I received a call from you and seemed we were sorting it out but now it has all fallen back to deaf ears!</p> <p>The hospital case manager has been emailing you the information that you need and Still we are not getting anywhere with this and now I have received emails from hospital telling me that they are taking legal action against me!</p> <p>This is really frustrating!</p>
