Physiothe****** Pre-authorisation

Discovery can be useful & useless at the same time. I phoned discovery about the physiothe****** need to attend at Mthatha & was told treatement will be deducted from medical savings. I complained as to why since the treatment is part of the accident hospitalisation that happened from 27th of Jan 2018 up to 31st of March. This should be treated at wound care that was deducted from Hospital plan at Nurse specialist Lekwake. Dicovery came to the party & feedback was that I should ask the physiothe****** Babu J who I was referred by discovery at Eastern Cape Mthatha to request pre-authorisation & how many treatment will be done & how oftern ie once or twice a week. The physiothe****** Babu J sent the details on Friday 9th of March & still today he hasn't got any feedback. I phoned today at discovery & the lady by the name of Nathi is giving me attitude. she even tells me she will phone the physio at her own time to confirm. Is this how discovery treat clients?
