PHP reward

I have been trying to get my PHP reward since March from Discovery but still no luck. No feedback is provided. I call in every morning for feedback. The Principal Office does not respond either. Those Miles need to be allocated by tomorrow please.

My query is still not resolved. A member from Vitality called me last week, the call dropped and they did not call again. Since then I have been calling every day and being transferred from Health to Vitality. And now my query is closed. I want the Miles to be allocated today please. I am not waiting for 3 months for it to be resolved.
