<p>I recently had a medical procedure which was performed and acquired a few medical bills which i had to pay cash and claim back from the medical aid.</p> <p> </p> <p>I uploaded 6 bills on the 4th January as i was advised by Discovery to use their new fast reliable method of submitting a claim.</p> <p>4 of the 6 bills were paid to me but two of them could not be tracked on the system so i uploaded them again, it was submitted correctly as i got to the page where it displys the reference number for each invoice but no again 6 days later when i call in to follow up - again it is no where to be found.</p> <p>This is really petatic as this feature is encouraged but does not work - the system generates a refernece number but discover can not track it??? Also i got authorisation from the hospital for my procedure but my lab tests needs to come out of my saving accounts and be claimed again - this is unacceptable as all procedures should be covered under the hospital authorisation as my plan has not clauses regarding this. I am very disappointed in Discovery's service. They claim to be the best medical aid but things like this makes me want to leave them!</p> <p> </p>
