PET CT SCAN error from medical aid savings account

Hello. I fail to understand why the portion of my PET-CT scan must be deducted from my medical aid savings account under the authorization number. It is not allowed because it forms part of incology benefits. It is now the fifth time again this year. When is the error not going to be repeated again?
