PERSONAL INFORMATION INCORRECT
My personal information on the Discovery system seems mixed up. I still get(sometimes) OTP numbers on an 073 number that has been allocated to someone else. I cannot get it changed telephonically because the operators only see my 082 number. How do I still get notified that an OTP number has been sent to....... 1853 if the operator does not see that number on my profile? I need to change my phone numbers and my residential address but cannot do so without an OTP number which goes to someone else. I just cannot get it fixed because the operator cannot see any 073 number on their side, yet someone other than me get my OTP number on a MTN number.

I guess the calls may have been from a call centre. If those calls were from Discovery, it is incorrect to state that you contacted me without saying the calls were not answered. As far as I am concerned the matter has not been resolved.
