Personal Health Pathways - Don't bother

DSY Health's new'ish Personal Health Pathways (PHP) and consequent Personal Health Fund (PHF) do not work properly. Conceptually, it's great, however their technical teams seem unable to reliably implement the program as it's been conceived and communicated. My partner and I have completed 10 week challenges, but their Health app refutes/ignores it (although their other apps confirm it). We've had open tickets for over a month, yet they are unable to resolve the issue (maybe because it's overly complicated (for their tech team), not to mention their support staff). My advice, don't bother, it's more of a headache than it's worth.
