Pension and pension fund

<p>I was released from my services 15 March 2016 and I was given a turn around time of 6-8weeks to receive my provident and pension fund, I called to follow up at 8weeks of waiting, I was told that they did not add my tax number, I escalated the call to head office where I was informed that my forms were submitted only on the 11 May 2016, the lady that assisted me said that she could not confirm the turn around time and coppied me in an e-mail she sent to NMG. Till now no one has bothered to explain what was the hold up, as other members that complained received their money weeks back but I'm still the unfortunate case with loans accumulating interest, late rentals and small loans to feed my infant! I'm stuck in PE homeless with no buss fare to Queenstown, where my home is. Next time I will name and shame!</p>
