Pending approval for hospital admissions

I phoned discovery emergency hotline because my son had shortness of breath and chest pains during the night. They sent out an ambulance and we took him to hospital. Upon arrival the nurses and doctors attended him and put him on life saving machines. The doctor wanted to admit but discovery would not approve the online request. It was sad i had to take back my son who was critically sick with what doctors assumed was an asthma attack. After paying huge premiums for medical aid i believe the medical aid is robbing us. That same evening i was told by nurses that another young patient was also rejected by the same medical aid.
