Penalty fees

I am still unhappy, on the forms I send to Discovery, I did mention that I was on a previous medical aid and I had to confirm on their form that I am cancelling that medical aid. I think it is really unfair of Discovery to have impossed a penalty for 5 years. Thank you very much for the bad service.
