payment still not received

Discovery approved 5 synagis injections of which she got then they didn't pay the last one saying was given at wrong month falling out of season according to them,the reason she got it at that month because discovery took time to process it because it was given to them on time, they later asked for motivation from the doctor which he provided then they said they will pay since December 2014 we relaxed later found out they didn't we called they said their system was down but will pay within 14 days still they haven't now we being served with summons by the hospital because of this I do not understand because we have all communications saying it will be paid still no payment,we would have made arrangements With the hospital but we didn't because they said they will pay. .I'm disappointed with the way we are being treated Rishana said it will be sorted that was in January and February now it's March what's one to do with the summons that where served with last night . ..
