Payment problems

I was in hospital and the medical aid paid short so they paid from my saving which they thot was my bank account which I don't use anymore and the account has been recycled by the bank so someone else has that bank account now they was money put in there so I called to tell them I did not get any money so they said it was donr I told them I don't bank with that bank anymore and all they told me was I need to go to the bank they cant reverse it really now its nit my fault that they did not confirm ther banking details with me its now almost a month and no news what do I do its for R803 I think but they are useless.
