Payment delaying after withdrawal

I withdrawn my medical aid end of April, I was told the money on my savings will be paid in 3 months, 3 months later I was told 4 months, 4 months later I was told 4 months and half which was supposed to be the 13th, I called I was told the money was processed but to my surprise nothing on my account, why is it difficult for discovery to pay the money what kind of games are playing, it’s annoying and unprofessional
