Payment claims

I have medical aid with discovery I went to the dentist some time last year they never paid I called them to ask why they say they have not received the claim so I notified Intercare the dentist I went to they submitted the claim again and I called discovery they say they see the claim but it has not been done so they will do it so since then nothing happened and now Intercare took me to the lawyers and my name is listed under credit bereau I called discovery to tell them that and they said Intercare should have not taken the claim to the lawyers now I don’t know what to do my name is black listed for a claim discovery was supposed to pay
