payment arrangement letter

Hi. I went to discovery offices last week Wednesday 29/04/15 as I had not received any response after sending my query via their website and calling.<br> I was attended to by Robyn Cullum. I explained to her that I need a payment arrangement letter stating that I am paying R150 p/m for a default of R524 on the medical aid I had with them. The first payment of R150 went off my account on 15/04. She told me that the account has been handed over to ITC BUSINESS ADMINISTRATORS and they should provide me with the letter. I called ITC BA and spoke to Nandipha who said she'll send a request to Discovery and copy me on the email but she never did. I called them again several times but i was told to go back to discovery because they're aren't allowed to send such letters.<br> I called discovery again but I've been put on hold so many times until I ran out of airtime. I'm unemployed and need this letter to give to my prospective employer.<br> Kindly assist and I will highly appreciate your help.
