payment

i received a statement that reflects that my MMed option was cancelled on the 28th Feb, however i still made payment for the motnh of march which was deducted on the 23rd Feb. this has not been refunded! furthermore my MSA balance has not been paid as well and i have gone on your twitter page with this query as well as the website ( ref***) and have not received any sortof feedback. please could you resolve my query in a manner of urgency. please can you only contact me via e-mail on [Email Removed]
