PAYING TO CLOSED BANK ACCOUNT

I closed my account 6 months ago and have had to wait for my MSA pay out and I submitted a change in banking details for a claim pay out on July 30th and I was told today (my payout date) that my bank details were only changed today<br> <br> this means that the payout will be going to a totally different bank account that has subsequently been changed and closed.<br> <br> i have bills to pay with the pay out money and now because the stuff up on your side changing details i will not see the money.<br> <br> i would appreciate this being sorted out soonest
