Paying R 8000 pm for Medical Aid and no assistance when it comes to claims!!!!

So upset and disappointed with my Medical Aid Discovery Health. We pay our monthly premium of almost R 8000 pm but then they still do not pay your claims. The new rule is you pay the dr's and then you claim it back from your Medical fund according to Discovery. So we have done so but now Discovery do not pay you back...We have claims submitted more than a month ago and still no payback even though the claim appear on our claims timeline as settled! Its our responsibility to follow up and every time we do we are told the money will be in after 72 hours yet a month etc later no payment still. How many 72 hours has lapsed in all this time? Dont choose Discovery they take a huge premium and never pays your claims!!!! You are left out of pocket all the way!!!!!!!!
