Paying out MSA for PMBs. HELP!!!!

Discovery are taking monies from my MSA where they are required by law to pay from PMB/Risk. I have been fighting this for over a month already and no one cares to correct the issue at hand. I will be addressing this with the Medical Schemes Board and furthermore. I will add that the stress caused is causing massive back spasms which have put me out of work for two days already. These people have no care for your health. They just want the money.
