Paying for my daughter who is married

Membership No. ********** 80, I have been a member for on 20 years, my premiums paid on time, I recently turned 65 and I had to sign a contract however I am responsible to pay for the medical aid, I called Discovery and I was shocked when the consultanted gave me the monthly premium of R4500 per month,my part that I was paying was R7500, I questioned and was told that I was paying for my daughter,she is married with two kids, I asked the consultanted why was I paying for her,she mentioned that it's my duty to have her remove, I must call the broker, I called our broker and she was removed, I then requested why this was not done before she turned 21 , the consultanted could not answer, my recent salary advise shows that the R7500 was again paid to Discovery, the broker did remove her, I. then logged a complaint with complaints,a consultant called me and say it's my duty,and I disagreed because they should have mentioned this when she was going to turn 21,he mentioned that a mail was sent to me informing me,this I did not get,he mentioned that He mail a copy to me,to date I have not received, I logged another complaint,and a consultant called me and quite arrogant, saying that he will educate me, I mentioned that I will not listen because he is not talking to a youngster, again, I was told that there was mail sent to me, I asked for the mail and again I told it will be mailed to me it's now 3weeks later and I do not have the mail, I have the consultanted details at my office, which I will add to this complaint, I will be claiming for these years that I have , I worked In the motor industry and they requested when my eldest daughter was turning 18, will she still be on your medical aid, and I agree because she went to college,the sad part is the consultants their attitudes stinks, I do need answers and I will go further with this complaint,
