Paying every month for nothing but empty promises

<p>On Thursday 29 December 2016 I had to go to hospital due to a neck injury. Before rushing through, I double checked on Discovery's website that my plan covers Xrays and it does. Upon the visit and before any xrays would be done, I was informed that my medical aid won't pay for the xrays and that I would have to pay cash before they will touch me. Discovery needs to catch a wake up call because your service this year has been nothing but shocking. I pay every month for specific cover but when it comes to an emergency and a procedure has to be performed (which is supposed to be covered) I then have to fork out even more money and pay for the services myself. Please inform me what the point is in having specific cover if this is going to be the outcome everytime?</p>
