Paying Discovery but going to Government Hospital for treatment due to non payment of previous illness.

Last year I was rushed to Bedford Gardens Hospital and a battery of tests were done the blood tests were not paid as well as hospital visit . I was not with it. Now I have been ill again but went to Government Hospital due the fact of been afraid the same will happen no payments although I contribute a HUGE amount every month , my daughter also fell down a flight of stairs at school and we treated her at home for the mere fact of been scared once again of refusal to pay hospital visits.
