Paying chronic medication from savings

Chronic medication that has been approved being paid from savings. I have phoned on seven different days and have all the reference numbers. This is for 'Breathing (respiratory) failure' (Rental oxygen concentrator nuvo).

The people at the call center keep on logging requests for it to be rectified but it seems the back-office people do not know what they are doing.

Savings has now been depleted due to this issue. What a disgrace!!!
