Paying a lot for **** service!

Discovery is probably the worst medical aid scheme. My application has been accepted before my debit date and they now send me a message stating that i will be double debited.. What type of a service is this? I got told that my debit will be done on the 1st of June and now I am receiving this message!!!! Discovery need to sort their procedures out and train their staff not to lie and mislead in order to make a sale!!!
