PAYBACK THE MONEY

I have been dealing with an ongoing unpaid claim with Discovery since October. I made a payment to my specialist and I submitted the claim shortly after that date. I have been calling Discovery for weeks wanting to know when these funds will be paid back to me. I keep on being told it will take 3 business days, its gets escalated all the time and I am simply fed up with calling into that useless call centre that doesn't have a finance department that they can talk to to give us answers. Can Discovery pay my claim out immediately. They are very quick to debit peoples account for their monthly contribution but when it's time for them to pay out, they give you the run around. Definitely not acting with integrity.
