Pay the money

My daughter was booked in to hospital as the left side of her body was lame,she had blurred vision.slurred speech and a blinding headache.The physician kept her in hospital to do tests on her to determine the cause.Discovery is only willing to pay for one day's hospitilisation as according to them she only had a \headache".So the call centre agents and the case managers at Discovery are now higher qualified than the physician.They told me they need a motivation letter and other paper from the physician which was sent to them.They told me that my account would be rectified with in the next eight working hour's.To my surprise ? when I contacted them the following week they told me that they would not pay the account and now require additional paper work.This after running around for a whole month trying to get the paper work they wanted in the first place.My daughter has to see the physician and a neurologist to determine what is causing these attacks and I presume Discovery won't pay this either as she only has a \""headache\"".I pay close on R9000.00 per month for three people for medical aid and this is what you get.Discovery directors only seem to care about profits and bonuses."""
