Pay my hospital bill

Good Morning

On Monday 21st of March 2022. I called an ambulance. I had a medical emergency. The ambulance was running late. My neighbor drove me to Montana Netcare Hospital. They informed me that due to my plan they can't admit me. They stebalized me and transferred me to Medforum Mediclinic. I have been in ICU unable to look in my emails. Yesterday I was transfered to a ward as I considered stable and recovering well. Now I'm getting email's that my hospital admission won't be covered. Because I didn't contact my consulting doctor. When do you think I got a chance to do that? I have been using Discovery for a long time. It's my 1st time ever I have been admitted to a hospital then now you don't want to pay. What is going on here? Or do you think I should have died while we're waiting for my daily doctor to be contacted? I thought you care for my well being.
