PAY MY CLAIM - IVE HAD ENOUGH NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I submitted a claim in January this year. No response. Resent the claim. no response. I then complain on hellopeter and i get a response. The consultant was supposed to call the practioner as apparently they have used the wrong ICD-10 codes. I have spoken to the practioner numerous times and they have stated categorically that they are using the right codes and they never have an issue with discovery. I want my money back or you can keep your medical aid and i will move. I dont have the time nor the energy for the additional stress that you are causing me.
